Diagnostic System for Packing Line Safety Control

Project Overview

EISAC Automation, acting as the Main Contractor, successfully delivered a specialized automation and safety project for the packing line at K-Flex in Poland (Project P1125). The project focused on implementing a robust Diagnostic System designed for high-accuracy Defect Tracing and real-time safety control within the raw materials industry. The scope of work encompassed a full system audit, including the replacement of defective components and a secure Software Transfer and Testing phase to ensure operational continuity. To support the new diagnostic architecture, EISAC designed and built custom Power and Control panels, integrated with a modernized wiring system and professional cable tray installations. This international execution, backed by comprehensive technical documentation and detailed wiring diagrams, ensures the packing line operates with enhanced safety protocols and a minimized failure rate, meeting stringent European industrial standards.
