EISAC Automation, acting as the Main Contractor, successfully delivered a turnkey automation and qualification project for the J6 Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at Julphar Pharmaceuticals in the UAE (Project P1304). The project focused on the high-precision installation and programming of a centralized SCADA system to monitor and control critical water purification processes. The scope of work included advanced PLC and SCADA programming, specifically engineered to meet the stringent GxP requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. A core component of this execution was ensuring full CFR 21 Part 11 compliance, providing secure electronic records, audit trails, and data integrity for all plant operations.
