Control System Upgrade for Palletizer

Project Overview

EISAC Automation, acting as the Main Contractor, successfully executed a comprehensive control system modernization for the Palletizer unit at Al-Ahram Beverages in Egypt (Project S07477). The project aimed to maximize the operational efficiency and reliability of the Food and Beverage production line through a complete system overhaul. The scope of work included the design and assembly of high-grade Power and Control panels, integrated with advanced PLC and SCADA programming to provide seamless operation and real-time monitoring. A key focus of this upgrade was the implementation of enhanced safety features and professional wiring diagrams to ensure compliance with rigorous industrial safety standards. The execution also involved on-site mechanical installation and the provision of full technical documentation, ensuring a turnkey transition to a modernized, high-speed palletizing solution that integrates perfectly with the existing facility infrastructure.
