UPGRADE SIEMENS HMI FOR WATER STATION

Project Overview

EISAC Automation, acting as the Main Contractor, successfully executed a specialized control system upgrade for the Water Treatment Station at Chemi Pharm in Egypt (Project S03750). The project focused on modernizing the operator interface by upgrading the legacy Siemens HMI to a high-performance, intuitive platform. A critical component of this execution was ensuring full CFR 21 Part 11 compliance, providing the secure electronic records and audit trails necessary for pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. The scope of work also included the development of detailed Piping and Instrumentation (P and ID) diagrams and updated wiring diagrams to ensure a clear and documented technical infrastructure. This turnkey solution, supported by comprehensive qualification documentation, ensures precise monitoring and control of the water station while maintaining the highest levels of data integrity and operational reliability.
