Building up Control System for Cold Store

Project Overview

EISAC Automation, acting as the Main Contractor, successfully delivered a complete control system build-up for the Cold Store facility at Danone in Egypt (Project S09314). The project focused on transforming the cold chain management into a fully automated and energy-efficient operation within the Food and Beverage industry. The scope of work encompassed the design and assembly of high-grade Power and Control panels, integrated with advanced PLC programming to ensure precise temperature regulation and continuous system monitoring. To support this modernization, EISAC provided detailed wiring diagrams and a full suite of technical documentation for long-term operational reliability. This turnkey execution ensures Danone’s cold storage facility operates with maximum stability, protecting product quality through a robust and modernized electrical and automation infrastructure.
