Upgrade Control System for De-Palletizer Robot

Project Overview

EISAC Automation, acting as the Main Contractor, successfully executed a comprehensive control system upgrade for the De-Palletizer Robot at Al-Ahram Beverages in Egypt (Project S15485). The project focused on transforming the robotic handling unit into a high-efficiency system through a complete modernization of its automation architecture. The scope of work included the design and assembly of specialized Power and Control panels, integrated with advanced PLC and SCADA programming to ensure precise robotic synchronization and real-time operational monitoring within the Food and Beverage production line. The execution also encompassed on-site mechanical installation, updated wiring diagrams, and full technical documentation to support long-term reliability. This turnkey solution enhances the line's throughput and ensures a seamless, automated transition for high-speed material handling.
