About the Role
Responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey, from receiving devices and ensuring accurate data entry in Odoo to providing technical updates and professional handovers. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while actively promoting company services and maintaining efficient coordination between customers and technical teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote and market other company services (Cross-Selling / Upselling) in a professional manner.
- Find and Target new customers.
- Receive customers and devices, ensuring accurate data registration in Odoo.
- Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation for all submitted devices.
- Discuss customer needs to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Take clear photographs of devices and upload them to the designated company storage.
- Record detailed fault descriptions provided by customers.
- Coordinate repair task priorities with the Team Leader and engineering team.
- Track repair progress, update device status, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding repair updates and expected completion dates.
- Prepare and facilitate billing procedures in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Ensure proper handover of repaired devices to customers with professional explanation of service performed.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all device statuses, invoices, and customer communications in Odoo.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and finance teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations calmly and professionally.
- Ensure consistent communication between departments for smooth customer service operations.
- Keep reception tools, documentation, and materials organized and ready for use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and customer waiting area.
