Data analyst
About the Role
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing operational, financial, and technical data across all departments. This role focuses on identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and creating comprehensive dashboards to optimize workshop performance, supply chain efficiency, and financial outcomes, supporting management in making data-driven strategic decisions.
- Data Extraction & Cleaning
Collect and extract raw data from the ERP system (e.g., Odoo) and other sources, ensuring data accuracy through cleaning, validation, and standardization.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting
Develop and maintain regular performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for management, tracking key KPIs such as turnaround time, warranty rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Operational & Financial Analysis
Analyze workshop performance, technician productivity, and cost vs. revenue data to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and optimize profit margins.
- Dashboard & Predictive Insights
Build interactive BI dashboards for real-time monitoring and provide data-driven insights and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Technical Tools: High proficiency in advanced MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros). Strong experience with BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly preferred.
- Database & ERP Skills: Solid understanding of relational databases, with the ability to write SQL queries. Direct experience with Odoo reporting and data structures is a significant advantage.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for uncovering stories hidden in numbers.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical data and statistical findings into clear, plain business language for non-technical managers
