Purchasing and Procurement Manager
About the Role
The Purchasing & Procurement Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing the company’s sourcing and procurement strategies. This role focuses on securing high-quality technical components, industrial electronic parts, and workshop equipment at optimal costs, managing international and local supplier relationships, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring efficient inventory flow to support ongoing repair operations
· Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure continuous supply of industrial components, spare parts, and specialized tools.
· Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international vendors, negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
· International Procurement: Oversee import operations, foreign payments, and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery.
· Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and R&D teams to understand technical specifications and source rare or obsolete components accurately.
· Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock levels, analyze consumption, and set optimal reorder points to prevent shortages and overstock.
