Project Overview
The Continuous Oven project for Voltalia in Portugal involved the development and commissioning of a fully integrated industrial heating and process control system for raw material production applications. The project scope covered control and power panel manufacturing, electrical power distribution, system programming, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
The automation system was designed to ensure stable temperature control, reliable operation, and efficient process performance throughout the continuous production cycle. The project included complete integration between control and power systems, enabling safe and synchronized operation of all equipment and field devices. Through detailed engineering, programming, and on-site commissioning activities, the project achieved improved operational efficiency, process reliability, and compliance with industrial safety and quality standards.
